What is a Surrogacy Treatment?
Surrogacy is a method of assisted reproduction where a woman, known as the surrogate, carries and delivers a baby for another individual or couple. In India Only Altruistic Surrogacy is Valid after a long Legal Approval from District Medical Board, District Court and from Surrogacy & ART Board. There are two main types:
Traditional Surrogacy: In this arrangement, the surrogate own eggs are used, making her the biological mother of the child. The surrogate is inseminated with sperm from the intended father or a donor. This method is restricted in India
Gestational Surrogacy: In this case, the surrogate carries a baby created through in vitro fertilization (IVF). The embryo is made using the eggs and sperm of the intended parents or donors, so the surrogate has no genetic link to the baby.
Surrogacy can be pursued for various reasons, such as medical issues preventing pregnancy, infertility, or same-sex couples seeking to have a child. It involves legal, ethical, and emotional considerations, and the laws governing surrogacy can vary significantly by country and region.
Surrogacy is Legal in India Since 2022 and Deserving Childless Couple can opt Surrogacy for their Parenthood. We are in Association with Government Approved Surrogacy Center for 100% Legal Surrogacy Treatment.
